    Opening ceremony

    INASCON 2018 will begin with an opening ceremony in Realfagbygget at NTNU. We look forward to seeing you there.

    Dinner

    We leave from Hovedbygget - Gløshaugen, and from Singsaker Sommerhotell at 17:50 to the tram which leaves at 18:30 from St. Olavs Gate. If you have any special needs to get up to Lian, please contact the INASCON Leaders.

    Invited Speaker: John de Mello

    John de Mello is a Professor of Nanomaterials in the Department of Chemistry at Imperial College London and Scientific Director of NTNU Nano. He researches nanomaterials for use in electronic devices and sensors.

    Before we go to the organ concert we shall first enjoy a meal in the Hangaren cafeteria.

    Concert in Nidarosdomen

    On this evening we will visit the Nidaros Cathedral where we will experience an organ concert played on one of Norway's most beautiful instruments. The building of this cathedral was started in year 1070 and assumed completed around year 1300.

    Quiz!

    After a long and busy day we would like to invite all participants to come with us to Kieglekroa, a bar in the center of Trondheim, not far from Nidarosdomen. There will be a quiz! Note that this is of course completely optional, and that it is very understandable if one wish to go home to relax after a busy and eventful day.
