Nils Peter Wagner is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at NTNU. His work concerns, amongst others, silicon anodes and the improvement of Li-ion batteries.
Wagner’s publications mostly focuses on research of different anode and cathode materials in Li-ion batteries, and methods of synthesizing such materials. For instance, by flame spray pyrolysis or sol-gel synthesis. In addition, he commits research on different ways to synthesise anode and cathode materials by taking advantage of leftovers from other reactions.
Wagner is currently employed as a researcher at SINTEF, located at the NTNU campus.
